Today ends week 105 of running against Obama. I ran 24.5 miles this week, averaging 3.50 miles per day.
I think this is supposed to be a sand sculpture of Barack Obama in front of the Democratic National Convention. The sculpture was ominously rained on a few days ago, making the case stronger that perhaps this was a bad idea to begin with. What comes to mind when you look at it? Shovel-ready jobs? Head in the sand?
